Thanks! Those are some road base plates, I think they are here. We got them at the Lego store. I'm sure they are available at the Lego store online or Amazon. Here is a link from a quick Google search:

Yes, that is FP Adventure People. My mom still has most of it at her house. My sons and my brother's kids enjoy the adventure people. (Sleeping bag or body bag is all a measure of where the noggin ends up.)
