My wife and I went on vacation to visit her folks in Moab Utah for the weekend. My wife asked her sister to water her garden for her while we were away. Left on Friday and came back Monday night. While I was looking through my Joes for the TR next Tuesday, I found Blowtorch and Knockdown still posed, but hunkered over like they had the flu. Checked more closely and found that Knockdowns T hook was broken and Blowtorch's new o-ring was broken. Apparently my sister-in-law brought her 5 kids with her to play the game cube while she watered the garden, and Joseph (the oldest at age 9) who has been labeled autistic, can't speak at all, and has no fine motor skills at all, slipped into the back room while his mother was busy, grabbed those two Joes, and tested his own strength by pulling the legs and head apart. Then after they were broken, he put them back together and left them.

I'm just thankful that Hasbro made the G.I. Joe line so sturdy that none of the limbs gave out before the T hook and the O ring.

 Ouch!!! That's not pretty, I've seen kids ripping Joes apart before and it's all I can do to not tackle them and rip the Joes from their hands!!! At least you could make the repairs and get them back into action!!!

Oh that has got to be fustrating... I had an ex gf that would make all the guys dance together... I tried to impart the knowlegde that only Boy/girl dancing was to take place... She thought I was funny...

I have also decided to move my joe room to a place called Fort Knox.. I feel that they will be safe there from any unattended children...

Ouch, I feel for you man. That hurts just reading it! I don't have kids myself, but when my sister's kids were younger there were a few close calls! One of the worst thing that ever happened to me Joe-wise was ages ago when I painted the gun station seats from the Rolling Thunder and left them outside to dry. I came back out a little later to find my dog, who was only a puppy then, had jumped up on the table and chewed them all up!

Well, My Evil cousin Ryan came over to my house.
I had a awesome set set up involving Blowtorch and a single pack night creeper.
i went out to check out the set after I went to get their weapons and i caught the little turd BURNING THEM!!!
All I had left was blowtorch's left arm. :(
i can't stand having little kids around my joes and my ROOM.
I have a bunch more of horror stories involving kids and joes.
