Tropa de Elite - Elite Squad

Hey friends,

If you are able to find online the movie Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad), online and the subtitles I would say to you watch it. It tells the story of the BOPE (Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais), something like Batallion of Special Police Operations. They're the Rio de Janeiro special police force, in some ways better than SWAT. The movie shows the war between corrupt police, drug dealears and BOPE.

You can also find some videos about BOPE with subtitles at youtube.

You can find the subtitles in English if I'm not wrong.

Learning Spanish isn't really going to help you watch a Portugese movie. :p
