A Quick visit.....

I’m back, but only for a quick visit. I am still unable to connect to the site from my computer at home, so I had to book a computer at the local library to post a few pics and this thread. You wouldn’t believe how much I miss being inspired by everyone’s great pics, and sharing opinions with everyone in the forum. And not being able to share my pics with you guys has severely dampened my enthusiasm for the hobby. It just isn’t the same without my friends at Joedios! :(
I also need to thank Graham, Frank, Dave, Don and John (Fantom), who have all offered suggestions to try and help me solve this glitch. We haven’t had any success so far, but we’ll keep trying. And many thanks also are due to Luis and Don, who both very kindly offered to post some pics for me. Until next time folks (not sure when), keep making this the best Joe site on the web!

Thanks to my wife's endless digging, I have found a proxy website (snsing.net) that lets me do everything here except post my pictures. It doesn't work everytime, and it takes ages, but at least I can hang around the site and see everyone's pics. I still can't access the site directly, but this is better than nothing.

Okay, I might be back in business. I have set up Netscape to use a proxy server, and everything seems to be working okay so far. I'm going to go and post some pics for weekend Warriors, and see what happens. :confused:
