I can't believe no one has posted anything about this here. It's all over the other Joe sites. As is pretty much always the case, General's Joes has the best, clearest pictures:

Those cartoon packs are astounding! Feast your eyes on the MASS device, along with the three elements needed to power it, plus all sorts of fun little accessories. It seems there'll be a piece of the Device in each cartoon battle pack, so collecting all five will get you a MASS Device that's in scale to the 25th figures. Check out radioactive Snake-Eyes with Timber, cartoon Stalker with a JUMP (and both have Snow Job rifles), the Baroness in a diving suit, and a Cobra trooper with a cartoon gun, a flesh colored neck, white suspenders, and a huge emblem on his chest! This set is a must-have!
Of course, the Revenge of Cobra set is pretty amazing too. Roadblock in his cartoon colors isn't that special, but we've got a hatless, cartoon-colored Lady Jaye (with javelins), and perhaps the greatest Destro figure ever released-- Bright red collar, gray boots and belt, and a chromed head with green pupils! Plus, it appears that in addition to whatever piece of the MASS Device it comes with, that set also has a full Weather Dominator-- and some of Destro's Creeper Vines to menace Roadblock!
These sets are supposed to be out in June, and I literally cannot wait! I'll be counting the days.
Oh, and the Vamp, HISS, RAM, Armadillo, Air Chariot, HISS, and Trouble Bubble are pretty neat too-- Plus the Vamp will include Clutch, the RAM/Trouble Bubble set with come with Breaker and a Tele-Viper, and the Armadillo/Air Chariot set will have Steeler and Serpentor! That means the only members of the original 13 unaccounted for are Short-Fuze and Zap, and with 40 carded figures plus 15 comic packs due out this year, I have to assume we'll see them before year's end.
This is possibly the first time ever that my excitement at seeing Toy Fair Joe photos outweighs my excitement over anything else (even Transformers-- and I love what the new Classics look like)! I haven't been this excited about and anxious for new toys in a long time. I'm going to be dreaming about those cartoon packs tonight.
(I just hope Pyramid of Darkness gives us a cartoon Flint since Revenge of Cobra isn't.)
