It's a great start. You still need to work on focus. The Joe stuff was good and you're coming right along. Only practice will make ya better! :D

It's alot of work to put together a solid dio, i fear at times.. your excitement on wanting to tell the story may be clouding your better judgement of scene setup and photograph taking.

For example. go back to the basics.. before you begin pasting in speech balloons and words. Take a step back from the shots your taking and think about angle's against distance of the camera from the figures. ;)

A good way of determining your camera's minimum distance before it 'fuzzes out' is to do what a good friend told me to do a while back. Use a ruler along the floor.
Position your figures in a scene.. and take say.. 5 shots all from the same direct angle but at varying distances. First try 5 inches away.. then 10 inches and so on.

As Sonnelion commented the focus seems out on almost all of these, which would indicate your too close.. or not using a tripod or stablizer to get a clearer image.

It's great when you have a good story to tell, but it's even better when your images match that story in quality and depth.

Don't feel like i am picking on you, because I can attest to being in the same boat as you 2 1/2 years ago, and everyone here at JoeDios has helped me in some way or another, we've all been in the same situation where we want to get the pictures done and tell the story to a waiting audience..

Go back and have a few goes at getting a better measure of distance between the camera lens and figure's position.
