Big Lots on the 1st

Just a heads up but it's been poster over at Hisstank that Big lots might be getting a large "G.I.JOE Closeout shipment coming to their stores starting Wed. July the 1st! various Vehicles for $5.00 & $10.00"

I don't know if is nation wide or where that person lives but it might be something to check on.

this May Be True One Of The Targets In My Area Has 25th Figs Going For 5 Bucks And Comic Packs At 9.....making Room For The Roc Line I'm Sure.

I went be my Target yesterday and found the GI Joe stuff on clearance... figures are $3.49 and the Python Patrol Conquest is $12.99.

I bought the only figure they had left, and I can't decide if I wanna go back and get a few of the jets, since I already have 8 conquests around my house.

My Targets still have them at 30% off.
TJ Maxx/Marshalls already have the DVD packs. I am only finding sets #1 & #2 there but others have found all the remaining sets.
I don't think Big Lots will get much from Target. Target is usually great at clearancing out items. It is more likely these would be leftovers from Hasbro's warehouses.
It really sucks though because my closest Big Lots went out of business. I totally missed out on their 70% off sellout. :( I would have liked some of those Indy figures they had.

Went to Marshalls here and only found the first two DVD packs. Still need the finall MASS Device one.

Will check out Big Lots probably tomorrow.

I found my best of the 80's at a Marshalls Last Friday. One of my Tragets had Joes at50% off so I picked up the Resolute 5 pack and an extra Python Conquest. I have to go out again today so I will check the other target that had about 5 Rattlers last week. At $12.50 I will pick up a couple more.

I went by one of the Big Lot Stores Today,and they didn't have anything.But the Lady said they were going to start getting their Christmas Toys in the next few Days,I thought that's kind of soon but that's what she said.Man you Guy's with those Target Stores I'd love to catch one of each of those Python Jets,the closest Target to me is around an Hour away. :(

Aileybay and I went to Big Lots and did not see any joes,......but i did see into the back room and they had a ton of of boxs from Hasbro about two pallets worth that i could see. I could not see enough though the plastic they where wrapped in to tell if the where Joe or other but the size of the boxes where the right size I've seen Joe's in before. My guess it that they might put them out this week end. They where short staffed and could not pull any one from the font area to check the boxs other wise I'd be able say for sure.

Same here. They did look like something was up though. The toy area was almost picked clean. They've got something coming up!!

Checked Big Lots today too, not one Joe item on the shelves. I'll give them some days before returning to re-check.

Went by Big Lots and talked to the Regional Director (friend of mine), he says his region, TN, KY, VA, & GA, have no idea about getting GI Joe stuff. He showed me his inventory manifest from May till January and it only shows a restock of PTE and a few Transformers items, but nothing major.

He also said that each region gets different things, so Big Lots in Ohio might get GI Joe while Big Lots here doesn't. In all likely-hood the RI and surrounding states will get the GI Joe stuff since RI is home of Hasbro.
