Need help with fair pricing of my stuff!!

I really need some help in pricing my stuff that im selling.What do u think is a fair price for the black little bird helo from 21st century toys.Its out of box but rarely played with.It is complete with no broken parts.I paid almost 300 for my BBI F-16,and they are about the same size and desireability.Would it be too much to ask 250 for the helo plus a complete terrorist shotgun set,knee and elbow pads,2 sniper rifles,and 2 suppressed Uzis?Your input will be greatly appreciated!! If you're talking the 1/18 scale, the Little Bird is still available from some stores like Smalljoes.com going for $30.00 or thereabout, so asking $250 might be a bit steep. However, once those aircraft are stopped production, their value seems to go up pretty significantly. If you want $250 give it a couple years, otherwise, you'll be lucky to get $20 to $30 for it now.
