I have that issue from time to time. I'm very limited on where I can take outside pictures, so I have a hard time coming up with something new without making it look like the same ol' same ol'.
I did just aquire a butt load of new figures, so maybe they'll inspired me to try something new and different. Plus I'm heading to Colorado in a couple weeks and plan on taking some figures with me, so maybe I'll get some inspiration there as well.

I get that. Sometimes by reorganizing my collection I can get some inspiration. Also by reading any of the different runs of comics helps.

I always have thoughts in my head for potential storylines. I usually sit on them for awhile to see if they are decent after a time. I usually keep it remotely loose when coming up with the story and when I'm shooting, I have an idea of where it's going.
Like Bloody Poets, it's a fast-paced story and not much exploration in terms of characters and story. Very straight-forward.
The next big story brings in Serpentor and his Coil army. That'll be a fast paced story as well and the situation that happens in Bloody Poets won't be resolved in Lost Island (working title). Thing is, events that occur in Lost Island will be revealed in the next big story which brings back Overkill. But I don't want to get too far ahead. ;)

I storyboard mine. Once it makes sense, I start shooting.
