Walmart exclusive Roadblock

Was on Ebay again saw a Walmart exclusive Roadblock. It was claimed to be resolute because it was under the resolute category when I was looking for Gi Joe items. Don't know if it is. Just giving a heads up

I believe the one that came with the Wally-world outpost was the unreleased Resolute RB. The new wave of Resolute figs uses a brand new headsculpt.
