OK in another forum I saw that someone said.......
Hasbro announced that they didn't know that Several Wal-marts stopped carrying G.I.Joes, thus leaving several areas high and dry.. but they Don't know exactly which ones... so sound off! What stores in your area stopped carrying Joes?

And supposedly they are watching all the Joe boards out there.... So lets start listing them here as well so they can catch them here as well....

Tons of them in Denver metro area.. VERY few that actually are carrying them.

I wish I knew what the store numbers were, but I know of two close to me that stopped. In the Jacksonville area, it would be on Beach blvd and Southside Blvd, and "The Avenues" store. I'm sure if Hasbro did see this, they could figure it out, (no pun intended).
I was actually upset about the Beach Blvd store, as that is the one I shop at most. Luckily for me, the entire city of Jacksonville is undated by them.

Suprise, El Mirage, Goodyear, Avondale, Peoria, Some Phoenix so far are areas in AZ. These had employees say they arent stocking them. Did notice 2 got new stock in though anyway (Now I got shock vipers finally!). Some still have original POC still hanging on the pegs.

To check store #'s go to www.walmart.com and enter your zipcode for the nearest stores and it'll give you the store #'s and address'.

Though I did mention in that other forum that IF the Hasbro rep was doing their job that they'd look and see no Joes in the store.

I just read an article that said Wal-Mart's sales were down and they were going to start carrying a lot of items they discontinued. Maybe/hopefully Joes will be on that list.

I heard a similar story. What it also mentioned was that companies like Dollar Tree and Family Dollar had taken over some of Walmarts markets...obviously not specifically GI Joe sales :D
