New Vamp and Black Dragon found

The new Black Dragon VTOL and green Vamps are being found at Walmarts at various places... The new 30th figures are also being found at some of those stores...

I Really want that a few of the VTOL's. I pre-ordered it with bbts but that whole bunch of toys seems the first to actually beat bbts shipping. I wonder why that is ?
