I've always thought the female night rave pilot vs. Shipwreck (if I remember correctly) was my favorite episode. The alternate universe one where Steeler dies and is in love with the Baroness always stuck with me too (again, memory may be failing me about the specifics)

Worlds Without End was a favorite of mine too. Always liked the "what if" episodes in series.
