Zartan and Storm Shadow... Framing him for Hard Master's murder is pretty tough. And I'm sure Snake-Eyes doesn't appreciate being the primary target either. Oh yeah, and driving in that wedge and scattering the entire Arishikage clan. Yeah, more people should probably hate Zartan.
