Music Playlist Itunes/Windows Movie Player

Ok this is completely off topic and not relevant to dioramas.. but i thought as well as the introductory thread, it would be awesome to have a playlist.

I'm sure everyone has their own tastes. This is a completely subjective thread, theres no right or wrong choices. Just let everyone know here at Joe dios what your playing on your playlist right now.

This can be done two ways, post up a recent song you've heard that you cant get enough of, alternatively post up your top 5 songs that you'll never get bored of or a single track and why you like it :)

I'm hoping to be honest, this will be a good thread for you guys to recommend artists and groups to me, they say that music is a source to life or for life... so with that being the case we might learn a little more about the people behind the photography and art that we share.

I'll kick things off with this track>
Dishwalla - Somewhere in the Middle

Theres a couple of reasons why I like this song, not only do i appreciate the guitar and lyrics in the chorus, they hit such a note with me as its a song i listened to constantly whilst i struggled with my illness, as i sat in hospital struggling to cope i'd often have moments where i'd make sufficient progress and then i'd have two or three weeks because i'd suffer a relapse. So the songs chorus of being 'stuck in the middle' kind of got me through some very dark points in the last few years and so for that reason i'll always like it an awful lot even more so as i'm in alot better control now than i ever have been :D

 In friendship.

Ok, who's next up?

Groove Armada-Hands of Time I really love this song. It has a lot of soul to it. Plus it's a perfect song to listen to while driving. I particularly like listening to it when I'm driving home from work, because no matter how bad the day was, this song will lift me back up.

I've played "New Madrid" by Uncle Tupelo 1025 times on my itunes cue, Rich! One of the great bands that broke up and their two respective incarnations, Wilco and Son Volt don't live up to the days when Jay Farrar and Jeff Tweety were together. The music is great, but the lyrics are superb!

All my daydreams are disasters
She's the one I think I love
Rivers burn and then run backwards
For her, that's enough
They all come from New York City
And they woke me up at dawn
She walked with me to the fountain
And she held onto my arm
Come on, do what you did
Roll me under New Madrid
Shake my baby and please bring her back
'Cause death won't even be still
Caroms over the landfill
Buries us all in its broken back
There's a man of conviction
And although he's getting old
Mr. Browning has a prediction
And we've all been told
So come on back from New York City
Roll your trucks in at dawn
Walk with me to the fountain
And hold onto my arm
Come on, do what you did
Roll me under New Madrid
Shake my baby and please bring her back
'Cause death won't even be still
Caroms over the landfill
Buries us all in its broken back
