I do remember that now that you mention it, but really are the Q&A's even that trust worthy? They've also said there would be more Sgt. Slaughters (there wasn't), they've said we wouldn't be getting Python Patrol or Snow Serpents during 25th (we did), and their story on molds is always changing too. I want to recall them giving a different answer to that closer to the Joecon when we first heard about them destroying molds.

I guess it just comes down to who you trust more, the club or Hunter PR, both of whom have been unreliable when asked about stuff like this. Personally I just dont put much faith in Hunter PR these days. ;)

If Hasbro wants, can rebuild the molds.

You can't rebuild melted down and broken molds ... plus they've already said NO MORE O-RINGS almost 2 yrs ago after the Then & Now set was done which didn't sell very well til clearance...they are dead from Hasbro...PERIOD... Those that like O-rings will have to either buy used or go to other places and pay a fortune for them unfortunately...OR hope that a O-ringed person gets to be head of GI Joe and brings them back again somehow but not seeing that likely....

The Then & Now sets were just a bad concept. Who would want to buy a two-pack of the same character? Glad the Snow Job set came out though, I went splits with someone who wanted the "Now" items and I got the classic Snow Job and Polar Battle Bear. :D
