You mean this started in Dec' of 2010,I hate to say it but at this point I think it's safe to say you guys have been had.It Sucks I know because it's happened to me more than once.Maybe he'll show up but over 2 years have passed & nothing,so I Definitely wouldn't hold my breath if I was you guys...

Yep, I'm kinda given up already...

I' mean he "promised" to send the money back by mid febuary...its august now, so I'm not really counting on getting my 50 bucks back anymore.

This is the first time I have been "scammed" on "internet buys", so I think I have been lucky 'till this point.

I wonder if this is still eligble for somekind of internet scam- thing if we all put our claims together...

I still have all the messages with him in my inbox. Maybe the mods could lend us a hand in this or something...They at least have more info on the guy than just an username and an email adress... or so do I hope.

And what about paypall... I paid with paypall, but never got my stuff, so maybe they could help or something...

Paypal has great customer service, but there is probably a time limit on filing an issue, probably 30 days or something like that. Also, if the money was sent as a gift, then there's no buyer protection.

Yeah, thats what I was afraid...well, I gues thats that then.

Sheamus took our money, but has not yet as of today delivered anything...
