Raven73 and I did a small 1 figure swap that went really well. A lot of guys won't bother for just one figure, but he had one of those oddball Vipers I like and I happened to have a TeleViper for him.

Got Desert Zartan from Frank as a replacement since I lost my other one. The original one I got didn't come with 2 knives and I think his belt may have been different. When Frank sent me it, he put the knives IN the belt. I'm pretty sure I would've remember that one with my own Zartan so that might be a difference between the mail-order version and the official release?
