I placed an order 2 weeks ago by mail with a money order. Have not rec an e-mail,phone call nothing advising me of the status of my order.Have made several calls and e-mails with no response. Is this normal for them to be this slow?

I've placed quite a few orders with them and always found them to be very good. They always mail my orders quickly, which considering I'm international, is great. I'm sorry you seem to be having problems with them, man. :(

Money order by mail, at x-mas, there is a chance they don't even have it yet. I ordered by PayPal before x-mas, got my stuff in 3 days.
