except for the look of the earth forces this look like it could have been pulled right out of the star wars universe
it looks great and i like the look of the earth forces |
Bring on the Mechs! Finally, CGI is at a point where they can be realistic looking.

That looks alot like the Dragonhawk from Sigma 6
|
What scale are these?
|
I think.....

I'm sure some one else posted pick of these guys from the SDCC before. They look 3.3/4 size, the same as the terminator salvation line. at least the construction and articulation does. That Dragon Hawk look a like is a Definate for me. |
The movie looks good. Any idea when the figures come out?
|
i want that buggy thing yes as far as I know they are all 3 3/4 inche cept the guys on the top of the flickr page i think thats ths 1/6 ones
theses are being made by mattel so the construction should be good |
I need to get that Scorpion Gunship thing. Its boss.

SyFy had a special sneak preview and PSM pretty much went over the plot of the movie.
I thought it was a heavy cgi flick, NOT all cgi! From what I saw on tv, there were parts where... The human side of stuff, I THOUGHT was real! Yeah, the blue-skinned duders were cgi but still, man... I thought... Anyway... I KNOW it's supposed to be a hugely hyped movie and all, but I'm not entirely sure I can get jiggy with it. District9 still looks neater to me. As for the helicopter w/ the trendy Incredibles/Sigma6 engine blades, I don't know. It just doesn't work for me. Now the dropship from Aliens makes more sense in my mind. As does the dropship from STarship Troopers. Even in the Terminator flicks, their gunships have cooler looking turbines. *shrug* The only toy that interests me is that Thanator thingy. ;) |
I think the vehicles all look very cool, especially the mech. With some paint and weathering, it would be awesome. The figures are so-so, not really anything special.
