Our server hardware crashed. This site is currently running on a backup until the Admin figures out what happened to the original.

awesome, this is one of my top 3 favorite fan/toy forum websites on the Internet. It would be a tremendous loss and sadness if JoeDios.com did not exist anymore.

indeed is there anyway we can contribute to getting the new Hardware to upgrade or keep the site up and running ?

dang I'm assuming we can't upload pics till the issue is sorted ? I just tried to upload and said to contact webmaster

wow your right i just tried the User CP too. I'm guessing its cuz we're techinal on a borrowed sever till the normal one gets sorted. at least we know whats going on and the sites back up :)

Woo Hoo! Not only is JD back up but I can see it from work. Normally the filters same "Games filtered" I don't know how JD is listed on the net but "Games" c'mon. Stupid computer filters.

Wow, I can't believe how addicted I am to this site. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but it has been just 4 days. I must have checked it 50 times. Good to hear from you all again.

I cant wait until we can post pics, I have two I want to throw up so bad.
One halo related but I think it came out awesome and the other is of firefly. :)

What kind of error are you getting? I see some people have posted new pics since the crash...

The pics dated 5-5... were there before the crash, so the date must have got messed up or something.

For me posting a picture 800x600 pixels at 155 KB I get this:

Same problem, it says there was an error creating the folder

Try re-sizing to smaller pictures - about the same size as they are viewed on the pages is right

doesnt work tried 614*855 and the image is like 150kb

yep same here,this is no good man.re-sized and lowered to just Kb's and still did not work.

What browsers are you guys using? I'm using mozilla firefox and it works when I re-size (Grasping at straws here but that might be it)

Im using firefox 4.0.1. ill try explorer.

I'm using google chrome and haven't had to resize. Everything is working fine for me.

Me too. No problems since last weekend.

I've tried both Firefox and Chrome with no luck. :(
Guess I'll just have to hang in there.

i not updated to the new version of Firefox....I'm still using Firefox/3.6.17 and it seem to be working fine for me

Yeah I still can't upload pics. Been trying since the site came back on. Tried different files, sizes and sections. Bummer. At least I can look at other ppls pics still, but I wanna play too lol.
