Q&A Hasbro-style!

Hey Everyone!

The second round of the 2009 G.I. Joe Q&A are due to me no later than Monday, May 4th at NOON eastern time.

Any questions submitted after that will have to be used for the next round (not for another 2 months!)

Please remember that you have three (3) questions and that you need to submit them

We will get answers back to you by Friday, May 15th.

Thanks!

Mike Surabian for G.I. Joe

Will there be a second season for the Resolute cartoon? If so, will it be half hour or five minute episodes?

That sums up my question too.

I just want to know would they ever consider doing a red shadows revival either in modern heros style or a then and now style ?

Will Hasbro be supporting figures for Resolute?

And I agree, will there be a season2?

A bit less of a "current-year" question, but...

What is the reason why the GIJoe figures released in 1997 and 1998 had their necks and torsos retooled to limit articulation?

1 It was mentioned in the previous Q&A that we could let Hasbro know about other characters for the 1980 line we as fan wanted made for new modern line, what is that best way to do so?

2. Are there any vehicles form Gi Joe: Resolute planned for production?

3. I know there is no chance of getting a New USS Flag, but could we see play-sets based on sections of the new resolute Flag ,like the command center, armory, etc... and maybe on the section of the Cobra base as well?

NICE Tracker!

You guys DO understand that i have to take 3 questions and submit them. And honestly, they are up to the mod/admin/powers-that-be's discretion.

From what I see, I'll be sending Mike Surabian the Resolute Season2 question and honestly, I LOVE tracker's last question.

Still, all MEMBERS should come up with questions AND if it comes down to it, SUPPORT each other's questions. ie; tracker's.

Jay, i'm not sure this ? can be answered. Fact is, the sculpting and head-of-department changes almost yearly. Back during the theme years, the BIG name was Daryl DePriest (sp). He was taken from GI Joe and given Star Wars. I don't remember who is head of GI Joe Sculpting but there WAS 1 guy in charge. And while he didn't want to be head of GI Joe, he got the position as a default.

I do know this, each GI JOE HEAD has their own... biases. Believe it or not, a 12" fan was head of small scale GI Joe at one point. Then you get a head that is 1985+. Look at Josh Blaylock of DDP. He admitted not knowing much of the earlier Marvel Joe issues. HIS history came remotely later. ie; he would use Lifeline before Doc, Roadblock before Rock N Roll, Sci-FI before Flash. You get the idea. People that are the insiders of GI Joe have their biases. WHo knows, maybe an 8" fan will show up and we'll get small scale sigma suits and a PROPER LT. STONE!
