Any Rise of Cobra figures available here in the US?
I've seen them on ebay if you want to order them from europe, China or Singapore, but has anyone bought RISE OF COBRA figures in the states? Like in Walmart, Target or Toys R Us?
If not we need to change the song.... "GI Joe, a real overseas only hero! GI Joe wil be there....(when we finish our overseas marketing survey on the feasibility of American kids liking GI Joe!)" |
Right now, just the "Preview" set of MARS troopers that's ridiculously overpriced.
I believe the release date for the rest of the ROC toys isn't for another month or so. As far as the overseas stuff goes... It's all stuff stolen from the factories and resold on the secondary market, you know? |
I can wait. There's army building to do.

i have seen several auctions for loose figures in the U.S. i traced the feedback though and they were figure they bought from over seas sellers for cheap. I assume the people though that since they were in the states people would want to pay for for the figures or something.

I know what you mean Frank, but try living in my neck of the woods. I have to pay three times the price of everything, plus postage, via eBay because NOTHING is released locally. |

Man do I feel your pain... It's absolutely the same situation here, up north... and it blows big time... |

Is that even in the US yet? |
I believe the street date for the ROC figures is in July, maybe the 1st but I can't be sure. Anything you're seeing on ebay other than the Preview 3-pack (which has only been sighted in Canada) is stolen from the factory.

A Hasbro ad in a toy magazine featuring the MARS troopers 3-pack claims they will be available Exclucively Online. But they have been seen in stores...but in Canada. So does this mean they will be overpriced and you'll have to pay for shipping in the USA?
