My Marshalls had the arctic extreme conditions set. $19.99
Big Lots also has comic packs for $10.

Marshalls (Same company) had the Extreme Conditions sets for $20. I only saw the polar one. Tempting to even me, who isn't really into 25th style GI JOE.

Also, $40 Clone Wars Y-Wings...which is really what it should've retailed for regularly.
