OK,the Alley Viper's are definitely tough hombres-and if they split to form their own faction one thing would NOT change: they are almost unstoppable in a MOUT( Military Operations in Urban Terrain ) situation.

If they did form their own faction,their enemies best bet would be to target them en route to their destination,for example shooting down their transport plane.
