For the people taking it hard about writers claiming G.I. Joe was "Just a job" you have to remember that it was. The comic was a 24 page toy commercial, I'm pretty sure Hama would've rather done other stuff if he was given the choice. It just so happens that G.I. Joe saved his job at Marvel (and then being the only guy who knew the characters saved it again)
