I think like Trench Viper, you have to buy only the things that you like, that you think they are cool or fits in your style. I never buy a toy only for having the complete wave/line of it, and if I have some figure I don't specially like it is because it has come in a lot that there was other figures I liked very much. If I don't the figure or I customize or I re-sell it.

My collections are mainly; GI Joe, Masters of the Universe 200X and some vintage, Marvel Legends, DC Direct, Star Wars and any cool figure that gets in my way! (without counting all my 1/72 soldiers, tanks & planes).
