There's the
AT-RT from Star Wars that sortof fits the bill. Seems undergunned/underarmored, but it could be modded. A Vulcan cannon would be a perfect replacement. I'm not a big Star Wars expanded universe buff, but the
AT-PT is getting closer.
My biggest complaint about Cobra is their lack of a real helicopter! Since the earliest comics and throughout the cartoons, they've had a type of Huey/cargo chopper. Seems like Chap Mei or someone made one, and some have customized them, but I can't find a pict of one anywhere. So they need a chopper. And a battle tank.
