Perhaps he deactivated the e-mail alarm when a PM is recieved. I've also wondered 'bout why are there photos that belongs on the photo section on other sections. I agree on the multi-lang rules, it's a nice detail, when the new rules are ready I could help translating them to spanish (if time's available
). Maybe to encourage people to read the rules, you could include something like "please be polite and read the rules (plus the link)" with the e-mail that is sent after the registration.
I know many will pass them, but it's a costless way to prevent. In the meantime the "PM with the link" option is great
