someone on Joecustoms said they got the Arctic Cap and he had FULL joe articulation. Plus the SnowBoard that he comes with looks like the unproduced one that Arctic Duke comes with. Though he'd be a good base for a arctic set of Joes....Though still waiting for that jet/hover jet..
