I live in WIse, VA, the county seat of Wise county, 15 minutes from Big Stone Gap. He didn't know how to get to the town of Wise, nor how to get to the toy shop I recommended him to, which leads me to believe he was really 12, or even younger.

Once he saw where I was from, he began to fill my PM box begging me to go get figures for him, and I would reply that I am not going that way for a few weeks, and he would still beg and beg, stating his car was broken down. I tried to help him out by pointing him in the right direction, but I am glad the Brass dishonorably discharged him.
