Was cruising on Ebay and saw a Wal Mart Gung Ho with grey body and green cap. Is he a Roc figure, a Resolute figure, or just a special fig like Tunnel Rat and Shockwave?

Gung Ho v 20 (aka Resolute Gung Ho)

If so, I think it was an elusive Walmart exclusive 2 pack. There is more info on YoJoe at that link. If the hat was different, perhaps the seller swapped it out so he could have this cool hat...

Not sure.

The tunnel rat and shockblast weren't just different, they were the 25th versions of the o-ring night force figures. A lot of people call that gung ho the "resolute gung ho."
