this is something i came across after searching for Kay Be toy military play sets. It looks like it could be 1:18 scale

Hard to see for sure. I think I have seen thosee humvees in goodwill and they are very compact if that is them.

I think Scarrviper has that set and if I recall it is in scale. Though he could probably tell you for sure, of course.

the set is compatible with the Joes in regards to the backgrounds
i purchased several of the a while back and made a kool base out of the parts

Indeed. If only it was cheaper. This set is in scale with Joes, I've had a set for years.

Those playset pieces were all the rage 5 or 6 years ago. Never saw one in person.
IIRC, the figures were considered bland but poseable, and the vehicle are like kiddie rides.
