So therefore, they are technically plasma rounds. They are small bursts of energies in regular shells. However, I also go with the 10mm explosive tipless caseless too. You gotta know where THAT one comes from.

Not only does the whole "lasers" thing ruin the purpose of guys like Flash, but it's just dumb to begin with. I can see Transformers using laser weapons seeing as they're giant freakin' robots, but a team of humans working for the US government? Hell no.
