not all their toys suck of course. that new combiner wars Devastator is spectacular! but u get the point. Hasbro has dropped the ball on many of its toys. just look at the limited articulation of those new Star Wars Force Awakens toys. yikes. no elbow articulation or knee articulation on the 3 3/4" figures.

i recently went to kmart and saw a Transformers super sized Bumblebee about 3 feet tall and what caught my attention besides its massive size was:
1) the price, basically $60
2) the entire toy was hollow plastic
3) virtually no articulation
4) mediocre paint job. wheels were entirely black. they didn't even bother painting the hubcaps. the entire toy was just yellow and black and the eyes lit up blue and there were some lights and sounds.
if i had a kid, i would never shell out $60 for a toy that clearly is not worth $60. see what i mean?

Looked at some Force Awakens early toy reviews.
x-wing has rubber wing gun, rubber nose cone and cannot really hold its pilot.
TIE has rubber wings that warp easily.
