Outrider's New Journey....
Sadly, Craig passed away last night. While I have great sadness, I am also thankful that he is no longer suffering. Please do not underestimate the value he placed on the friendships he has shared with you. Craig treasured all of the times he has had with you all. The support, prayers and friendships that you have provided to Craig meant the world to him. I personally thank you for constantly being there for him. Even when he wasn’t feeling well enough to respond to emails and messages, he still took the time to read them. I know that Craig would want me to share this with you as soon as I could. Again, thank you for everything, Deanne

Some people, when trying to avoid thinking about those things that cause them pain, turn to drink, or perhaps food, or drugs... I turn not to any of those... I collect action figures, turning my mind to the hunt, so that I might find a mote of peace... Over the years, I've found that alcoholism is much more socially acceptable by far.

I'm very sad for this...
i didnt have the pleasure to know him well, but he was like my master and ideal of inspiration: i always liked his pics and style, and i began to take pictures to Joes because of him. I found his pics some time ago, not here but on the web, and i was very fascinated about his style.
there are no words in moments like this,
i just can say i will have his pics in my head for inspiration forever.
thanks for your work Craig, rest in peace.
life can be so sad sometime.
A.

Deanne, I am sorry for your loss. I prayed many times for Craig, that his transition will be painless. I pray for your transition because this is a new journey for you too. I have lost a friend that is bigger than me. He always has been and as a mod here, I've had to play hardball at times. I always feel a twinge of guilt when making certain actions and I often thought of how Craig would have handled things. On this site, he was ALWAYS a good person; fair, smart and always willing to give his wisdom in the art of what we all practice.
Thank you for posting his passing.
Take care and be strong.
G
