Why the breaking of RULES lately?
I don't understand WHY some people are breaking the rules to the 3 pics at a time posting? If they can't place them all in the photo section they just go to another section and post three and then another BUNCH in the collections which aren't collections but just dio-esque shots??? Even in the files section they post......Doesn't the 3 pic posting also include the collection section and all sections? Also some members will call out one or two that does that but not others.....

I'm with you, Norm. I have always felt that the limit should be three a day, not any of this waiting for someone to post something and posting three more bullsh*t. Three 25th style in the photos section, then three o-ring in the arah is fine, but I'm seeing the same stuff over and over again...boooring

Glad to know it wasn't just me noticing this stuff. I'm not against a occasional 4th pic in a row once in a while..... but 6 to 12 in a row?? WAY over the limit.

I was wondering if there a moderator that visits the site on a regular basis anymore?
I'd like to see the Diorama story section cleaned out. It's been flooded with stuff that belongs in the photo sections. People put a lot of time and effort into their stories only to have their post quickly buried.

I have to disagree with you troops. It does say diorama, not dio story or photonovel. This is the Mods fault for not making this clear. I dont consider my diorama displays,a latest photo. Correct me if Im wrong. Yes, some pic should be in the latest photo section. Do custom photos go in the Collection section? No,but where else are they gona post'em?

Frankly, I was just assuming this was a matter of new members not knowing what all the different sections are actually for, not a deliberate attempt to circumvent the rules. The difference between "Photos", "Files", "Collections", "ARAH", "Dioramas", well, I can imagine that's not clear at all for someone who just recently arrived here.
(Especially the bit where dioramas are supposed to go in the "Photos" section while diostories should go in the "Dioramas" section. I know that baffled me when I first got here years ago.)
I know it's all explained here, but seriously, does anyone ever end up on that page ?

I think this is dead on.
I do plan to change the name of "Dioramas" to "Stories", so that should help. Otherwise, the communication of limits and rules is something we'll need to do when the need arises. Thanks for making a thread about this. It helps me see what you're seeing.

I do see how the confusion happens. I'm a fairly new member and did not actually see a rules thread until this morning. I cannot say for sure if I broke the three pic rule , but I will make it a point not to from now on. I do now I have posted pics where they do not belong, but that is mostly to not understanding the upload process. I have finally figured that out for the most part and will have my pictures properly catagorized from here on out. As for my dio pics, I'm not sure where they really go, as I usually only post one or two of the pics to a dio story and post the link in the description area.
I will be sure to closely follow the rules from here on out.
