I'm just trying to imagine how great it would be to have customs where the paint wouldn't chip or rub or break with too much play and this seems like a possible answer.

I am that guy on joesightings that does dye work. I stumbled on this board while reading violentfix dio. If you have any dye question I can answer em. If you want to see the customs i have done visit my webpage at: thornprime@tripod.com Most of the customs on that page are done with dye. The dye doesnt chip or flake which is great.

I checked it out and your work is AWESOME! I really like the look of the dyed customs. I need to be able to pose my customs a lot and paint chipping is always an issue.
