How to Build a Wood Pallet.
Some of you had wondered how I built the Wooden Pallet. First I picked up a Small Mider saw at the hobby shop for about $10 bucks.
http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ing/1Cutter.jpg I grabbed a few pieces of thin wood from the Hobby Shop that is about the size of what a 2x4 would be at that scale. I took a figure to the store to get an Idea. http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...lding/2Wood.jpg I cut the wood into 3" strips to use to simulate about 4 foot long pieces of wood that is the right size for a pallet which is 4'x4'. http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ng/3Cutter2.jpg http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/4Wood2.jpg Most pallets that arrive at my work have 4 strips on the bottom with 2 next to each other in the middle. http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/5Step2.jpg http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/6Step3.jpg 3 sticks of wood on there side create the middle section and then you put 6 strips nearly even spaced along the top. http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/7Step4.jpg http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/8Step5.jpg http://i350.photobucket.com/albums/...ding/9Step6.jpg And that is it.
