No, you cannot.
In any case, that building is quite unimpressive. All that's useable is the front of it. The interior is undecorated and has no features whatsoever.
Pics of the interior here:

Definitely not worth the 50$ price tag.

I hope I can get it, but i would need some help from a friend in USA. It's a great building. I can see people having many of them... If I can get one I will be really happy.

great an inside YOU can decorate with what YOU want it to be.In the middle east have a pic of Saddam or Osauma but in the west have a pic of Cobra Commander. Do what YOU want with it.It may not be totally worth the $50 but its a really nice set to have.
Christmas for this guy for sure.

The Battle Command Post had not a detailed inside and is a great playset (thanks Ender for mine) and I think this one will be great too. It works for a midle east, urban or any other place. As Beast said, you can customize it.

From that joecustoms thread, I was more disappointed to hear the IFV only holds figures standing up. What's the point? That's about Chap Mei level, details but little functionality.

well at least the lack of a detailed interior gives one the ability to customize it how ever you want to

I told you.
And no, the other methods won't work either. I've passed the info along to Americans before. You're wasting your time, sorry to say.
You can, however, get some PTE fix from JCPenney.com:
http://www2.jcpenney.com/jcp/x5.aspx?DeptID=52440&CatID=53215&cmAMS_T=X3&cmAMS_C=C10&CmCatId=52440|52478
The sets are even on sale right now.

Looks like a great set, out of my price range at this time, but I'll keep an eye on the Sears clearance site.
